Shipping Information, Rates, Gift Messages & Exchanges

We want you to wear tees designed by local artists, so we try to keep our shipping costs as low as possible. So here's the scoop on shipping. Also, check out the info below on gift messages and exchanges.

Domestic Shipping

Order as many items as you want for the flat rate of $3.50.

If you need expedited shipping, please call the Baton Rouge shop at (225) 387-2275 or the Austin shop at (512) 478-0000. We currently only offer expedited shipping on phone orders (we need to make absolutely sure that all of your items are in stock before charging you for expedited shipping).

We'll do our absolute best to keep your items shipped as fast as possible. Items in stock generally ship on the next business day. We'll let you know if there are going to be any delays in your shipment. Since we work with local designers, who generally produce small batches of apparel, there might be occasional delays in stocking some items.

International Shipping

Right now, we're shipping to Canada and Mexico. We'll be adding additional countries over the next few months. Shipping to Canada and Mexico is also available for the introductory flat rate of $3.50.

All items shipped international are shipped via the US Postal Service. International orders are not guaranteed. We'll bring your package to the US Postal Service and trust them to get it to you through your country's mail courier.

Gift Messages

If you would like to send a gift message with your shipment, please send an e-mail to Storyville at storyville.apparel@gmail.com (Baton Rouge) or storyville.austin@gmail.com (Austin) immediately after you submit the online order.

Exchanges

At Storyville, we stand by our designers and our products. If you not satisfied with your purchase, you can return any item in its original condition within 30 days of purchase and exchange it for another item or equal or lesser value.
